Monica Maddison of Bloom Behaviour Therapy is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to identifying functions of behaviour and finding ways to meet these functions appropriately. As well as, the procedures for documenting observations, communicating concerns and preparing Support Plans. Her approach is straight forward, logical and inclusive. The professional development sessions that she runs are extremely valuable for those looking to learn more about inclusivity and neurodiversity.

Bloom Behaviour's workshops are not to be missed!!! I have been working in the field of education for over ten years and Monica has widened my perspectives on what it means to be truly inclusive in a classroom environment. Her workshops on Neurodiversity have also given me a broader understanding of how best to support all children. Monica's knowledge of inclusive practice, child development, neurodiversity and neurotypical children is not only current but invaluable. I always learning something new from her workshops.
